Clay Crouch

Clay Crouch is the Co-Owner of BXC Roofing, bringing more than 10 years of roofing experience to homeowners throughout the Tyler, TX area. A decade in the trade gives Clay a practical, firsthand understanding of what it takes to protect a home from the top down, and that experience shapes the way BXC Roofing approaches every project, from the first conversation to the final follow-up.

Over a Decade of Roofing Experience

With more than 10 years in the roofing industry, Clay has developed the kind of knowledge that only comes from years of hands-on work. Roofing is a trade where details matter, from the condition of the roof deck to the way each component is installed, and Clay's experience helps ensure those details are handled correctly. That depth of experience allows him to evaluate a roof's needs with confidence and to guide homeowners toward solutions that make sense for their property.

Quality Craftsmanship and Exceptional Follow-Up

Quality craftsmanship is at the center of the work Clay does at BXC Roofing. A roof is one of the most important investments a homeowner can make in their property, and Clay understands that the quality of the work directly affects how well that investment holds up over time. Just as important is the company's commitment to exceptional follow-up, which means customers are not left wondering what happens after the job is done. By staying engaged after the project is complete, BXC Roofing shows that its commitment to customers extends well beyond installation day.

Open and Continuous Communication

Clear communication is one of the principles Clay values most in his work. Roofing projects can feel stressful for homeowners, especially when repairs are urgent or the scope of work is unclear, and open, continuous communication helps ease that uncertainty. From the initial estimate through the completion of the project, Clay and the BXC Roofing team keep customers informed so they always know what to expect and can feel confident in the work being done on their home.

Together, these offerings reflect a business that values accessibility, responsiveness, and respect for the community it serves.

Life Outside the Job Site

When he's not on the job, Clay enjoys mountain biking, an activity that offers a change of pace from his work and a chance to spend time outdoors. It's a pursuit that complements the active, hands-on nature of his career in roofing and gives him a way to recharge away from the job site.
